Interliner

Interliner (IL) is a kind of packaging paper. It has two basic substances: super light (SL) in 55-70 GSM and ultra light (UL) in 40-52 GSM. Main purposes of Solikamsk interliner are containerboard medium layers, testliner, converting and packaging with printed surface.

Solikamsk interliner is made from own semi-finished products: thermomechanical pulp, unbleached bisulfite pulp, wood pulp. These raw materials make our interliner 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

Solikamsk interliner are being produced in two basic shades: brown and yellow-brown. Other colours depend on customer wishes.

Main characteristics
• Produced on modern paper machines weighing 40, 42, 45, 48.8, 50, 52, 55, 60, 65, 70 g/m² in accordance with the requirements of technical specifications.
• Made from own semi-finished products: thermomechanical pulp, unbleached bisulfite pulp, wood pulp.
• Has a high mechanical and structural characteristic.
• Has a high forming index, preservation of square meter weight profile, humidity and thickness of paper web.
• Produced in reels of various formats (width and diameter):
• width from 350 mm to 2500 mm (depends on a wishes of the customer)
• diameter from 900 mm to 1250 mm
• Modern and automatic slitting machines provide paper reels with unified thickness and winding density.
• Packed on automatic packaging lines of LAMB (USA) and METSO (Finland). Each reel has a company label indicating the reel number, barcode, paper grade, reel weight, square meter weight, reel width, reel diameter, paper reel length, handling signs and direction of reel unwinding.
• It has Certificates of conformity: "Interliner ultra light", "Interliner super light".
