Interliner
- Ultra-lightweight interliner (paper for the middle layers of corrugated cardboard) weighing 40-52 g/m²
- Extra-lightweight interliner (paper for the middle layers of corrugated cardboard) weighing 55-70 g/m²
Main purpose: used as a flat connecting layer (testliner) or middle corrugated layer (fluting) in multilayer cardboard variants. Can be used as a packaging material with printing.
Interliner is available in two basic shades: brown and yellow-brown. Other shades of interliner can be produced at the customer's request.
It is produced in rolls with widths from 360 to 2800 mm and diameters from 900 to 1250 mm.
The use of an interliner weighing 40-70 g/m² instead of a heavier testliner/fluting weighing 90-100 g/m² for the middle layers allows to reduce the average weight of corrugated cardboard. The packaging manufacturer has the opportunity to save on the costs of producing 1 square meter of corrugated cardboard while maintaining its strength properties. This is also advantageous in terms of transporting corrugated packaging. The consumption of resources by corrugated material manufacturers when using an interliner can be reduced per unit of production (per 1 square meter of corrugated packaging) by 20-50%.
