Lignosulfonates

- Technical lignosulfonates in liquid and powder form
Technical lignosulfonates are a mixture of sodium salts of lignosulfonic acids (with an admixture of reducing and mineral substances) obtained from the liquors of bisulfite pulp cooking.
The main purpose is due to their high surface activity, which allows them to be used as an additive in various industries. Technical lignosulfonates are used:
in the chemical industry - as a stabilizer, dispersant, binder in the production of briquetted plant protection products;
in the oil industry - a reagent for regulating the parameters of drilling fluids;
in foundry production - as a binding material for forming molds for casting, an additive to non-stick paints;
in the cement industry and refractory processing - as a cement plasticizer and binder.
Technical lignosulfonates are produced in accordance with the requirements of the TU (technical specifications) from liquor, waste products formed during the cooking of unbleached bisulphite pulp, and have chemical product safety data sheets.
