Semi-finished products

All semi-finished products are produced in separate workshops of JSC "Solikamskbumprom", fully integrated into the main production.

Pulp is produced in batch-type bimetallic digesters. After going through a cleaning system, the pulp is sent to papermaking. From the cooking liquor at the processing site, a finished product is obtained - technical liquid and powder lignosulfonates, which are shipped to consumers in various industries. The automated control system fully controls the entire process of pulp production and the emission of gas streams into the atmosphere.

Defibre wood pulp is produced on domestic chain defibrers of the DC-04 brand. The cleaning equipment of the firms VALMET (Finland), CELLECO (Finland), NOSS (Sweden), AHLSTROM (Finland) with process automation ensures high quality wood pulp.

Thermomechanical mass is produced on two technological lines, assembled according to the project of FMW (Austria), using technology and equipment from ANDRITZ AG (Austria). One of the lines uses RTS technology.

In 2012-2014. a large-scale modernization of equipment for semi-finished products was carried out - installation of equipment for a new technological line for washing and screening of cellulose GL & amp; V Sweden AB (Sweden) in pulp production and modernization of equipment for lines for the production of thermomechanical pulp (TMM-1 and TMM-2) in wood pulp production, using technologies and equipment from ANDRITZ AG (Austria).

In 2015-2018 the process of washing and sorting unbleached cellulose in the pulp production (equipment by ANDRITZ AG) was improved, the technological line of sulfur stream No. 1 in the pulp production was reconstructed (VELLONS.RU LLC).
