Lean production means order, discipline, and the ability to see details that others overlook. The third stage of the “Top Performer in Lean Production” competition demonstrated that the number of such specialists at Solikamskbumprom is growing.
The competition committee assessed the organization of workplaces according to 5S principles, process visualization, compliance with occupational safety requirements, training of colleagues, and the actual impact of changes on productivity.In a serious competition, the prizes were distributed as follows:

2nd place – Team of Motor-vehicle Acceptance Inspectors, Wood Raw Material Production
3rd place – Team of Railway Transport Acceptance Inspectors, Wood Raw Material Production
