The IV industrial scientific and practical conference "Environmental protection in the pulp and paper industry" was held at the site of JSC Solikamskbumprom.
The conference was attended by representatives of federal and regional government bodies, associations of entrepreneurs, as well as industry associations, research organizations, supervisory authorities, enterprises of the pulp and paper industry. The event was organized with the assistance of the Union of Timber Industrialists and Timber Exporters of Russia.
The main topics of the plenary session were the main directions of the environmental and climate policy of the state, changes in the regulatory and legal framework in the field of environmental protection, as well as the environmental component of the activities of the pulp and paper industries in Russia: the use of BAT, new resource-saving technologies and equipment, corporate programs in the field of environmental protection.
