The priority task of JSC "Solikamskbumprom" in 2021 within the framework of many career guidance programs was the organization of a work shift for senior schoolchildren.
The work is aimed at introducing adolescents aged 15-17 years to work, the formation of & nbsp; & nbsp; young people are positively motivated to perform tasks of social importance.
Since June 21, 2021, 40 teenagers have been employed at Solikamskbumprom JSC. The plans are to expand vocational guidance work with the involvement of 9th grade graduates entering the Solikamsk Technological College, with which the company has partnerships.
Teenagers are busy with cleaning the territory, landscaping and landscaping, and also carry out artistic design activities. Free hot meals are provided for all schoolchildren - a full-fledged set lunch in the "Bumazhnik" canteen.

- The initiative of JSC "Solikamskbumprom" participation in the program for organizing the employment of children in the summer period immediately found support at the enterprise. The fact that this type of employment is relevant today is evidenced by a large number of those wishing to work. We were waiting for our assistants - a work plan was drawn up. Sanitary and living conditions were prepared for the children, they got acquainted with the shop and the engineering staff, learned the history of the structural unit. I think it is very good that children of wallets also came to our production. This is how labor dynasties are laid, the correct life values are formed among young people. The continuity of generations is always development, because young people learn to love their business, their work by the example of their parents.
