In order to fully immerse themselves in lean manufacturing tools and gain a new perspective on enterprise processes, the papermakers consolidated their theoretical knowledge in the field of lean manufacturing and also honed their practical skills in real conditions.“Today, as a practical task, we assembled a fuel pump for a while. Of course, it didn't work right away, but we were once again convinced of what a friendly team we have at our company. Despite the fact that we all come from different structural divisions, everyone tried to help and take over at a difficult stage,” commented Tatiana Vetchaninova, Project Manager for Labor Productivity Improvement.
