Two structural divisions of JSC Solikamskbumprom celebrated their anniversaries in January 2025.
The staff of the Instrumentation, Control and Automation Equipment (ICA) department celebrated its 65th anniversary. One of the key divisions of the company, engaged in the maintenance and repair of an extensive fleet of measuring equipment, numbering more than ten thousand units. The task of the workshop staff is to ensure the smooth functioning of all measuring instruments necessary for the needs of production. And they should work 24/7.
“Today, ICA department employs experienced specialists — a true team. No one hesitates to take on tasks; if something needs doing, they step up and get it done. We’ve worked together for years and understand each other without needing many words,” shares Alexander Getsko, head of the workshop. “Young specialists join to explore this field, but only those who are eager to learn from veterans and see ICA as their true calling stay.”
In January 1985, the Information Technology Department (ITD) was established at the enterprise, which celebrated its 40th anniversary this year. At different times the department was named differently, but always the specialists kept up with the times, implemented modern systems and “trained” them to work for the benefit of the enterprise.
Today, the ITD team is a well-coordinated team of professionals - both trainees and young but already experienced specialists. Each is deeply passionate about their work and cannot imagine themselves in any other field. The department operates as a single unit, with experienced colleagues always supporting newcomers.
“Our team has a unique atmosphere—we’re like one family. Over years of collaboration, we’ve grown close,” explains Vladimir Kem, head of the department. “Of course, our work unites us. We tackle shared challenges, so all issues are resolved through teamwork. Given the nature of our operations, user problems can arise anywhere in the production chain, requiring assistance from electronics engineers or network administrators. Thus, we always act together. No colleague is left struggling, even if they’ve just joined. That’s why everyone feels comfortable here.”
We congratulate our colleagues and wish them continued success, new achievements, and exciting projects. May your work drive the enterprise’s growth and prosperity, and may your teams grow even more united and collaborative!
